You have land, a shed or a built mushroom unit — perhaps one standing idle, or not performing the way it should — and you want it put to work without running the daily operations yourself. Under a lease or management arrangement, our team takes on the cultivation and runs the unit with a focus on productivity, crop quality and sustainable farm performance.

You want to grow without building first

You want to be in mushroom farming, but building a new farm from scratch is not the right first step for you. An arrangement around an existing unit — a farm taken on lease, or one run with structured cultivation support — can be a practical way in. What is possible changes from farm to farm and from time to time, so tell us what you are looking for and we will talk it through honestly.

How the Model Works

Every farm is different, so there is no fixed package. But the shape of the model is the same everywhere.

We look at the farm first — We start with the unit itself — the rooms, the equipment, the water and power, and the condition it all is in. Then we tell you plainly what the farm can do and what it would need.
The arrangement is agreed in writing — Lease and management terms are agreed farm by farm and set out in a written agreement, so both sides know exactly who does what before any work begins.
Our team runs the cultivation — Day-to-day growing is handled by our team — crop planning, daily checks, hygiene and disease management — with a focus on productivity, operational efficiency and sustainable farm performance.
Problems are caught early — Being directly involved in daily operations means issues on the farm are seen and corrected early, and you stay in the picture on how the unit is running.
